Slot: workflow_overrides

Per-figure HPC/workflow resource refinement (reuses WorkflowConfig, same pattern as SimulationExperiment.workflow_overrides); lets a heavy render request its own resources when figures are emitted as workflow jobs. The figure’s Layer.used edges become the render rule’s input dependencies.
